Fees are $1500/day, with a two-day minimum… plus airfare, hotel, ground transport and $300 per diem (days booked plus one day in and one day out for travel). A day is defined as four hours for staff and/or student interaction, plus one hour set up and one hour tear down. A non-refundable deposit of $1500... to be applied to total fee... is payable to reserve dates. Pre-negotiated travel expenses (airfare, hotel, ground transport ) and total per diem are payable 14 days before first date of travel. Balance due is payable on final day of engagement.
